1. How to create your own header with an image
2. How to add images, video, or HTML to your blog post or page
3. Discussion on Pingbacks
4. Have a ‘traditional’ Home Page for your Wordpress.com website
5. Comment posting
6. Widgets and protecting your blog from SPAM

Edit Your Own Wordpress.com Website/BlogResponses (3)
Hi Rachel, as you know I have a Wordpress blog. I’m guest posting on another blog, but it’s not a post I already have, but a new one I wrote just for this other site. How do I exactly do this? Do I just send an attachment or…? It’s a pretty popular blog in my niche, and I want to make sure I know what I’m doing, since she was nice enough to invite me to guest post! Thanks:) Enjoyed last Friday’s class:)
Hi Shreejana,
I would say you should ask them. Usually a guest blogger can sign-up to be an admin and then they would approve you – limiting what you can do in the admin section. If you don’t see anything on the blog Home page, then ask if they have a guest post log-in or if they would like the blog in a Word document format.
Awesome job, by the way, on getting a request to guest blog!
