Personal Life Experience:
Prior to starting my own consulting practice in 1983, I was a compensation manager for a 2 billion dollar financial services firm. This experience enables me to dig deeply into business issues when I work with business owners and executives. Typically other coaches often don't have the knowledge and experience to address these issues. Also my extensive research background through my academic training has contributed to my expertise in 360 feedback products and services.
Speaking Opportunities:
Currently, my two speaking topics are "Train to Ingrain: How to Make Learning Stick," and "Tools for Engagement: How to Increase the Bottom Line." From October 2009 through March 2010, I have 10 speaking engagements booked with professional Human Resources groups throughout Southern California as well as a professional coaching group where I will address 360 feedback techniques.
