Personal Life Experience:
In 2001, the week before Christmas Judi Adams was called into her manager's office and heard the words "I hate to say this but...". For the next 8 months Judi realized that the job market had changed especially following 9-11 and the dot com and tele com busts.
During the 8 months, Judi kept learning things about the job search that would have been good to know up front. Always looking for ways to improve things, Judi put together a program titled Kickstart that she has lead monthly since August 2002.
In the fall of 2009, Judi again faced a crossroads in her career when she was one of many people whose jobs were eliminated in the auto industry based company. That is when Judi decided to create RightChanges to help other people learn how to navigate in the job market by knowing what the new market is all about and how to stand out from the competition.
