Anita Goldin is the creator of the Coaching Compass, a full service corporate coaching and training company dedicated to bringing out the best in people in both their personal and professional lives. Through a "coach approach" she helps individuals and teams gain clarity, direction and strategy which enable them to achieve goals, increase effectiveness, and maximize potential. With over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Director for Hyatt Hotels, Anita brings to her clients a wealth of experience and perspective in areas such as career development, performance enhancement and life balance. She specializes in helping people get out of their comfort zone, build confidence and connect with their passion. Anita’s areas of expertise include coaching for development, career transitions and new manager “acclimation coaching”. In addition to individual coaching Anita enjoys working with leadership teams. She has created some amazing teambuilding adventures which allow teams to connect and communicate on a more personal and playful level. Group Coaching programs and Leadership Retreats are two other key offerings. Anita is a member of the International Coach Federation and has received her coach training through Coach University and the Coaches Training Institute. She is an ACC credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation
