Socialnomics: Is social media a fad?

This video was recently forwarded to me by a client stating “I want to learn more!” I think most people that watch this will suddenly see the need to be on social media – it’s not a fad, it wont go away, it’s a global community that’s growing everyday. As we move more often, as we are more busy with work, as a people we needed a way to connect that was convenient and could be done during ‘our time’. That’s where social networking came in – we listen, contribute, connect in a way neighbors used to. You can use that connection to build your business, but in a real and honest way – a genuine way.
